Bolley Brewing & Distillation was established in 2020 in the small town of Kibworth Leicestershire, during the depths of the COVID-19 pandemic. Driven by our passion for spirit making and experimentation, we started with a small still and big dreams. Bolley Brewing & Distillation prides itself on being different from the rest.
